Guardians ad litem
In order for the court to have professional information upon which to decide what is best for the children, the court may appoint a guardian ad litem. A guardian ad litem investigates a case for the court and then files a report containing recommendations for the parenting plan. In many parenting plan cases, we work with private counselors or retain psychologists. We are experienced in selecting the most qualified mental health professionals for our client´s needs.
