Assertive timely response

An old _expression states that justice delayed is justice denied. Generally, legal matters take too long to be resolved. The courts are aware of this problem and are working hard to correct it. We work assertively to move our clients cases forward in negotiation or litigation at the speed need by the individuals. We are diligent in returning phone calls and letters in a timely way.
