We are Writers

When a legal matter is commenced, negotiated, litigated or completed, it is done in writing. We spend as much time writing for our clients as we do in any other role.

We seek to protect our clients by carefully written documents. We seek to write with clarity, fairness and completeness. We write with the future consequences of the words in mind. We take the same approach when reviewing legal documents for our clients that are prepared by other attorneys.

We ask our clients to be part of the process of creating or reviewing all final documents, and any other critical documents, in their cases. We rely on our clients to critically review and suggest corrections to all final documents in their cases. We want our clients to understand not just the general terms of their settlement or the court order ending their case, but they very words of the settlement or court order.
