We help our clients discover the important facts that affect their case through factual research. We help them deal with facts that may upset them, but that will not change the outcome of their case. With the internet as a new and powerful tool we are able to locate information that is useful to our clients cases. When possible, we show our clients how to do this research for themselves. We also work with private investigators who have unique tools.

When facing new or unique legal issues, we conduct legal research to find legal support for our client´s goals or to learn whether there is precedent against the position we wish to take. Most of this work is now done on the internet, but we are also fortunate to be within walking distance of the old-fashioned but incomparable resource of the Washington State Supreme Court law library.
